Title: Intermediate Site Supervisor | Telecommunication and fire alarm offices and facilities
Client: Our client is a niche engineering design group that assists corporate owners in need of engineering management services, working directly with project managers, real estate managers, client representatives and engineering teams. Their approach focuses on multidisciplinary coordination and a detailed view with the end-user in mind. They oversee the entire engineering and design process to make sure every element of a project is done CORRECTLY, ON SCHEDULE and COST-EFFICIENTLY, saving their projects both time and money.
Description: Immediate need for Site Supervisors at many different locations in the Boston area, to ensure project work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications. The Supervisor serves as the primary field liaison between client and the installation team, ensuring quality and accountability. IMMEDIATE NEEDS! Multiple contracts as well as temp-to-perm opportunities available.
Responsibilities:
Serve as on-site rep to ensure all work aligns with design documents and specifications
Monitor contractors to ensure proper execution.
Utilize client’s survey software to maintain field records, submit reports and include photos.
Participate in weekly meetings remotely with client’s internal team.
Attend on-site walkthroughs with technicians and client representatives.
Maintain ongoing communication with contractors.
Job Requirements:
1+ years of field experience at a construction site or technical project supervision.
OSHA 30 certified.
Familiarity with reviewing and interpreting blueprints or design drawings.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Education: No degree necessary. MUST have an OSHA 30 certification
