Description:Excellent career opportunity for a senior-level MEP Engineer/Project Manager. Extensive experience managing multiple projects. You will be expected to lead and provide building systems for a variety of project types with varying sizes and levels of complexity. This represents several positions, of different strengths and capacities. This is a Hybrid position, 50% of the time in the NYC office.Responsibilities: - Manage multiple MEP projects, working as a hands-on manager.
- Lead MEP project teams on a variety of project types.
- Interface with in-house staff to organize resources.
- Meet with clients as an integral part of the management team.
- Participate in the concept design phase through construction.
Required: - 7 - 10 years of experience in MEP Engineering with emphasis on Mechanical, working on similar tasks and projects. Electrical Engineering considered.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, most likely Mechanical Engineering. Electrical Engineering considered.
- LEED accreditation desired. Thorough knowledge of NYC codes and standards.
- AutoCAD experience.
- Ability to provide strategic and technical leadership with a proven track record of team building.
- A successful track record of projects of all sizes.
- Demonstrate an extensive knowledge and understanding of the client’s business, and the industry at large.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, writing, etc.).
