Description: Urgent need for an Intermediate-level Mechanical Engineer to design and prepare specifications for HVAC systems and other building related mechanical equipment. Should have experience with commercial, multi-family, mixed-use and residential design.
Requirements:
4-7 years of experience developing designs and preparing specifications of HVAC systems and other building related mechanical equipment (plumbing, sprinklers, etc.)
Prepare markups and changes for HVAC equipment.
Assist in obtaining equipment specifications from equipment vendors.
Attending meetings, preparing meeting minutes, conducting site visits, and field inspections as required.
